Rich Patterson

Owner

I’ve been a senior marketer in several organizations so I have been in my customer’s shoes. I have a keen eye for brands and know how to leverage buyer’s budgets. I was fortunate to begin my work in the corporate branded product business with Roots. Since 1999 I have served corporate customers across Western Canada and the U.S.

I have seen a tremendous shift in the business in the past twelve years. Customers need more help and they need the help very quickly. In 1999 we used to take an order for 150 logo’d sweatshirts and actual MAKE the sweatshirts (cut & sew) then ship them six weeks later. To be relevant to today’s corporate buyer that process must complete in 5-10 business days.

In the community I volunteer as Chair of Big Brothers Vancouver which provides mentorship to youth.  In the past I have Chaired the board at mental health non-profit Open Door Group and volunteered for the Canadian Olympic Committee Golf Tournament which raises significant funds for Canadian Olympians. I whole-heartedly believe that a successful business person must engage in the community beyond business matters and give back where possible.

Jayne Ritchie

Account Manager

Jayne has been a marketing and events professional for the past seven years in Vancouver.  She started off her career at various advertising agencies then continued to grow at local event agency.  Throughout this time,  she grew a passion for promotional products and corporate gifting.   Jayne has worked with various industries including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, banking, government, restaurants and retail.

Through all her experience on the client side of business, Jayne has gained extensive knowledge and creativity to the “swag” world.  Her travels throughout Europe, Asia, UAE, Caribbean and the USA give her a leading edge on new ideas in the industry.  Jayne strives off the challenge to find her clients a unique gift that is perfect for their oganisation or event.

Rodrigo Cuadra

Retail Projects Manager

Rodrigo is a recent graduate of UBC Suader School of Business.  He brings a wealth of sports retail experience to Patterson Brands and unmatched enthusiasm.

Antonio Lopez

Retail Operations

Anthony is a seasoned veteran of sports merchandising having worked on gameday sales for the BC Lions, Whitecaps, Vancouver Giants Hockey and the Vancouver Canadians.

Marius & Tim

Retail Team Members

Marius, Tim and Rodrigo (l. to r.) are retail operations stars for Patterson Brands. This is the core team at “The Dugout” team store at Vancouver Canadians’ Nat Bailey ballpark for several years. Marius and Tim are great team members and we thank them all for their contributions!
